Heating Instructions

(heating instructions apply to half or full size aluminum pans only, our plastic take out containers are not oven or microwave proof!!!!)

PASTAS: Preheat oven at 350 degrees, remove lids from all of the aluminum pan pasta dishes, first heat for about 15 minutes then put lids back on the aluminum pans for approx. another 1/2 hr. to 45 min. or MORE depending on the pan size. Check center for temperature.

*** Pasta & Broccoli heat for 20 min. with lid on ***

Note: more pans may need more time.

MEATS: Preheat oven 350 degrees, leave lids on from all aluminum pans. Heat 1/2 hr. to 1 hr. or MORE depending on pan size, check center for temperature.

Note: more pans may need more time.

FROZEN FOODS ALUMINUM PANS: FIRST, thaw out completely!!!
overnight in fridge or on counter for the same day use, then follow with same heating instructions as above.

All foods are precooked in aluminum pans and are picked up cold, heated on request only.

$2.00 for 10" x 13" ea. pan & $2.50 for 13" x 21" ea. pan.

Two-day notice on all orders.

Same-day notice is available if time is permissible.

Chafing dishes, wire racks and/or candles sold separately upon inventory.
